My personal journey began whilst battling with my own physical health and well-being. I underwent several years of medical consultations and testing with no conclusion. Left with no other option, I decided to carry out my own research. This eventually led me to identify a deficiency in my vitamin D hormone levels. Left without diagnosis for several years it had caused substantial damage: ongoing chest infections, continuous muscle pain, night sweats and an imbalance in my gut bacteria. Later this left me with secondary vitamin B deficiencies, food intolerance and allergies. Eating well is simple but the effect of poor nutrition is profound. I had discovered the power of nutrition.
NutriLife was born from a passion to help individuals obtain nutritional balance to improve their health and well-being. I want all my clients to feel empowered to take responsibility for their future health. So, I provide them with an education on nutritional health. At the same time, I monitor nutritional intake and activity levels and offer guided support to achieve lifestyle change. I take a personal interest in sports nutrition, running trail marathons and ultras. I practice what I preach and understand the nutritional pressure the body undergoes as a result of endurance training. I believe that stabilising the metabolic balance of the body is crucial to prevent illness and injury.

I take a science based analytical approach using the latest nutritional software to create bespoke nutritional programmes to help you meet your lifestyle and activity goals. My personal service enables me to understand your lifestyle, eating habits, individual needs and personal goals. I offer all the support you need. I will challenge you, motivate you and encourage you to make all the necessary dietary and lifestyle changes to improve your health and well-being.
