What happens in a nutrition & lifestyle consultation?
Prior to your consultation you’ll need to complete a simple health & lifestyle questionnaire online, and you may also be asked to complete a 3 day food diary. At consultation, which lasts 75 minutes, we’ll discuss your symptoms and health history, create a nutrition & lifestyle plan and I’ll recommend any necessary testing and supplements.
DO YOU OFFER FUNCTIONAL TESTING?
You may be referred to a specialist clinic for testing as appropriate. This maybe to test for suspected nutrient deficiencies, allergies, hormonal imbalances, gut-related health issues etc. This helps to identify where support is required through dietary change and supplementation.
Do you offer online programmes?
Yes I’m now able to offer on-line weight loss programs, so you can start when the time is right for you. Don’t worry I’ll get a message as soon as you book and I’ll support you remotely to help you achieve your goals.
I need help with achieving my goals do I need to sign-up for a lifestyle programme?
My programs are supported with lifestyle coaching to help motivate and support you to achieve your goals. This maybe achieving a weight-loss goal or improving your nutrition for competition in sport.
HOW MANY CONSULTATIONS DO I NEED?
The number of consultations required are usually 3-4 for non health related support. Additional consultations maybe required if health issues are suspected and testing is required.
Do you offer DNA testing?
I’m a qualified DNA Fit training coach, which means I’m able to perform genetic testing and analyse your results to formulate a plan to fit your unique profile.

She takes a science-based analytical approach to nutrition by using the latest techniques of functional medicine, nutritional analysis and DNA testing, in order to identify imbalances and create bespoke nutrition and lifestyle plans to match your unique profile.
