Ingredients
  1. 4 tbsp crunchy peanut butter
  2. 4 tbsp clear honey
  3. 100g jumbo oats
  4. 75g porridge oats
  5. 50g dates
  6. 1 tbsp stoneground wholemeal flour
Instructions
  1. 1.Place peanut butter and honey in a saucepan and heat very gently until melted.
  2. 2.Add oats,sultanas and flour and stir well until thoroughly mixed and crumby in texture.
  3. 3.Pour mixture into cake tin and press down with the back of a spoon.
  4. 4.Bake at 190C for 15 minutes.
  5. 5.Leave in tin until cool, then cut into bars.
Notes
  1. Store in an airtight container for 2 weeks
