Ingredients
- 4 tbsp crunchy peanut butter
- 4 tbsp clear honey
- 100g jumbo oats
- 75g porridge oats
- 50g dates
- 1 tbsp stoneground wholemeal flour
Instructions
- 1.Place peanut butter and honey in a saucepan and heat very gently until melted.
- 2.Add oats,sultanas and flour and stir well until thoroughly mixed and crumby in texture.
- 3.Pour mixture into cake tin and press down with the back of a spoon.
- 4.Bake at 190C for 15 minutes.
- 5.Leave in tin until cool, then cut into bars.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for 2 weeks
