WHAT HAPPENS IN AN individual consultation?
During an initial consultation Emma evaluates individual health & lifestyle questionnaires and food diaries, so that she can offer personalised nutrition and lifestyle recommendations. Wellness plans are created to support these recommendations, which are reviewed monthly through follow-up consultations.
WHAT IS A WELLNESS WORKSHOP?
Workshops work well for smaller groups of 6-20. They involve bite-sized talks on your chosen topic, (popular topics include, food & mood, boosting energy & focus, fitness foods & weight loss). Together as a group we complete an exercise to create a nutrition & lifestyle wellbeing plan for each participant. An interactive session can be incorporated with a food demonstration/taster session.
