Ingredients
  1. 1 ripe banana - mashed
  2. 1 tbs cocoa powder
  3. 2 tbs natural peanut butter
  4. 2 tbs chia seeds
  5. 2 tbs vanilla protein powder
  6. pinch sea salt
  7. 70 grams ground oats
Instructions
  1. Mash banana in a medium bowl and add in cocoa powder, peanut butter, flax, protein powder and a pinch of sea salt.
  2. Continue to mash with fork until all ingredients are fully combined. (May seem dry at first but keep mashing!)
  3. Stir in oats using a rubber spatula to combine edges of the bowl.
  4. Using two teaspoons, form into 12 balls and place on a plate lined with wax paper.
  5. Refrigerate 30 minutes or up to 3 days covered with plastic wrap.

Ingredients
  1. 110 grams chopped cashew nuts
  2. 175 grams dates, soaked (keep 3-4 tbsp of water from soaked dates)
  3. 40 grams dried apricots
  4. 30 grams pistachio nuts
  5. 60 grams organic raw cashew butter
  6. 2 tablespoon ground flax seed
  7. 2 tablespoons raw cocoa powder
  8. 2 tablespoons of shredded coconut into the mixture (have 2-3 tablespoons for rolling)
  9. 1 tablespoon organic spirulina
  10. 1 teaspoon sea salt
  11. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. Combine all the nuts and seeds in a food processor or high speed blender to pulse until broken down.
  2. Pour the processed cashews, pistachios, and flax seed into a large mixing bowl.
  3. In a high speed blender or food processor, combine softened dates and apricots.
  4. Add the nut/seed mixture with the dates/apricots into the blender.
  5. Combine until the mixture resembles a sticky, thick "batter".
  6. Place the combined mixture into a large mixing bowl and fold the remaining ingredients manually
  7. Place the "batter" into the freezer for about 10 minutes or until cooled.
  8. Use a tbsp to measure the batter.
  9. Gently roll the tbsp of "batter" into your hands until a small ball forms.
  10. Once you have formed all the "batter" into small balls, you may roll them into the 2-3 tbsp of shredded coconut (this is optional)
  11. Store in the refrigerator for 2-3 days or, you may keep them in the freezer and grab and go for a quick snack.
  12. Enjoy!

Instructions
  1. Stir oatmeal, flaxseed, and coffee granules together until thoroughly mixed, then add cashew butter, honey, and vanilla. Once well combined fold in chocolate chunks and cranberries. Let chill in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. Once chilled, roll into balls and voila!
